Stephen Ministry is a method of reaching those who are suffering one or several of life’s challenges such as divorce, death of a family member or job loss.  Trained care givers are available to meet on a one-on-one basis to work through these challenges.  The Church of the Dunes is a place where caring is practiced.  If someone is recognized to be suffering from one of life’s challenges, we are ready to assist them back into the light.

The instructors for this training are Robyn Daane, Rhonda Reese, Beth Sheffield, and Don Woodward.  Each of them has had formal instructor training and has had the opportunity to work with many care receivers.  If you would like to participate in this ministry, please contact the church office or any of the instructors.
