Youth Choir, for grades 7-12 exists to glorify God by contributing to the spiritual health of the church. Their music is meant to be an encouragement to others by using the talents and gifts God has given them. Each person's unique qualities are identified and incorporated to create the fullest expression of their creative capacity.
The youth are supportive of each other and many work together to arrange music both vocally and instrumentally. In this environment, the congregation has been blessed not only by their voices but also their skills in guitar, cello, flute, viola, violin, drums, and trumpet. This sense of collaboration is drawn from their sacrifice of time and shared ideas. The goal is to continue a sense of anticipation expecting God to give us His direction as we continue to meet together each week. We trust Him to lead us in the style, notes, arrangement, and words to best communicate His truth and character. We hope to be used by the Holy Spirit to consistently build up the life of Christ in this church as we all learn and grow together.
Rehearsals for Youth Choir are held on Sundays at 12:15pm.
